How the integration works

The integration gives you a Send SMS action and a New Reply trigger. Use the action as a step in any Zap to text a customer when an event happens in another app — a new lead, a paid invoice, a booked appointment. Use the trigger to start a Zap the moment a customer replies, so you can route responses to your team, log them in a spreadsheet, or kick off an automated follow-up.

Everything is configured in Zapier's point-and-click editor, so non-technical team members can build and adjust automations themselves. There's nothing to install on your side, and you can change or pause your Zaps at any time.
